I usually don't post too much.. but this time i had too.. 6 months a go i made the best decision i could've possibly done for myself! I started a health and fitness journey with the most professional team in Israel! With their help and a lot of dedication and commitment I achieved my goal! I was always working out and thought i was healthy but never got real results.. This time, after I had a baby i wanted to do it right and to make sure it will last.
