Background: Preserving fat-free mass (FFM) during weight loss is critical for

preventing sarcopenia and maintaining metabolic health. This study examined

the effects of resistance training (RT), aerobic exercise (AR), and no exercise (NO)

on body composition during a calorie-restricted diet.
